A one-time flat-fee puts your home on the MLS and thousands of real estate websites. This plan keeps you in control of selling your home, while still gaining the advantage of the MLS. The 4% Solution:
This plan provides the most important tools, while giving you maximum savings for a "traditional" listing plan. It includes the Multiple Listing Service & internet advertising. Basically it covers everything except open houses and classified ads. We handle the calls and showings and see the transaction through to closing. A great selection of services for only a 4% commission!

Our full-service plan covers everything you need to get your house sold. Multiple Listing Service, internet advertising, print advertising, open houses, etc. We handle everything! All the services you would expect from a full-service company, but only a 5% commission!
